The Planning Commission feels Clifton is at a critical turning point in history. Over the past twenty-five years, the Village’s economic and social viability has slowly eroded and is presently languishing. Many trends affecting our area are condition-based. That is, they have developed slowly and relatively unnoticed, and as a result, the conditions are left unchecked for many years.

The Village of Clifton Planning Commission is always looking for individuals who love our community to participate in volunteer work. We'll throw events from time-to-time and will need help with operations. If this sounds like you, please don't hesitate to reach out to receive more information. A Thank You
Thank you to the incredible number of people who purchased trees, park benches, and path lighting for the Greenway. We have now planted over 1,400 trees and shrubs on the Greenway, leaving an enduring legacy for future generations. Thanks to your generosity, these trees and the Greenyway are making a positive impression on thousands of people driving through Clifton every day.
